Scope of Services: Mehndi PVC (“the Company”) offers interior design services using PVC and uPVC materials for residential and commercial spaces across India, with a focus on minimalist design concepts.
Client Requirements: The client agrees to provide accurate information regarding their interior design preferences, space measurements, and any specific requirements for the project.
Design Process: The Company’s interior designers will work closely with the client to understand their vision and requirements. Designs will be presented for approval before implementation.
Materials and Products: The Company specializes in utilizing PVC and uPVC materials for interior design projects. All materials used will be of high quality and sourced from trusted suppliers.
Customization and Personalization: The Company offers customized solutions tailored to meet the unique preferences of each client. Clients can request specific designs and modifications to suit their individual tastes.
Project Timelines: Timelines for each project will be provided to the client upon agreement. The Company will strive to meet these timelines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the project. A deposit may be required to secure the Company’s services, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.
Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of project cancellation by the client, any deposit paid may be subject to forfeiture to cover incurred costs. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the stage of completion of the project.
Quality Assurance: The Company is committed to delivering high-quality interior design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Any defects or issues with the workmanship will be promptly addressed and rectified.
Intellectual Property: Any designs, concepts, or materials created or provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of Mehndi PVC. Clients are prohibited from reproducing or using these materials without prior consent.
Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of the use or installation of the interior design products or materials, except in cases of proven negligence.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with Indian laws.
Amendment of Terms: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
By engaging the services of Mehndi PVC, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
